Renee Ellicott, M.S, CCC-SLP
Hello! As a passionate speech-language pathologist I believe the best therapy results are achieved through a genuine rapport with students and their families, using research-based therapeutic approaches, and keeping things positive. I started Seacoast Speech & Language to create a place where therapy goes beyond the traditional approach to create a place where my clients and their families feel safe to explore what it means to be different, to celebrate neurodiversity, and to develop self-awareness and self-confidence. Through developing better communication skills, social skills, and executive function skills, my clients are equipped with the tools to take them forward in leading a more fulfilling life. Seacoast Speech & Language is a place to grow and build lasting connections.
I have been an ASHA certified SLP for over 20 years. I am grateful to every past student and client as they have instructed my clinical approach and practice. I hold B.A. in Linguistics from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S. in Communication Disorders from Southern Connecticut State University. I am also licensed by the State of NH, State of MA, and by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE K-12) Speech-Language and Hearing Disorders. I am an affiliate member of ASHA's Special Interest Group on School-Based Issues.
